Abstract

The “Flipped classroom” is a teaching model that is being researched and applied in many countries around the world. It has the ability to create a flexible and comfortable learning environment that helps learners practice skills, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving. This can meet the next-generation capacity assessment oriented in the general education curriculum in our country today. Through an analysis and synthesis of research on the flipped classroom model by domestic and foreign authors, the article focuses on clarifying the advantages, disadvantages and role of this model in developing learners' thinking. It also proposes a process for promoting the application of the flipped classroom model in teaching economic and legal education. A specific lesson plan for a lesson under the economic and legal Education 11 (Legal Section) curriculum is also provided as an illustration.
