Abstract

In teaching the Marxist – Leninist Philosophy module in particular and political theory modules in general, the presentation method is important, indispensable and is the basic method commonly used. Through studying the current status of teching the Marxist – Leninist Philosophy module and use of presentation method in teaching this module to students at the University of Information and Communications Technology (Thai Nguyen University), the author found that the teaching of this module still does not attract students. Besides, the use of presentation method in teaching the Philosophy module here does not ensure the desired effectiveness. From the research results, the author proposes some specific measures to improve the effectiveness of using the presentation method in teaching the course Marxist – Leninist Philosophy. To obtain research results, the author used a sociological survey method by questionnaire for 250 students from different faculties combined with a number of other methods such as statistics, analysis, and synthesis.
