CRIMES INVOLVING MULTI - PARTICIPANT IN VIETNAMESE LEGAL SYSTEM

Abstract

This paper analyses the crimes that involve more than one participant especially the commercial juridical person which was put into the Criminal Code in the year 2015 and makes comparison with the criminal law of other countries in order to point out the similarities and differences thereby proposing some solutions to the problem. The authors hope that this explanation would help to clarify the theoretical as well as the practical issues of complicity.
