RESEARCH ON ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION RISK ASSESSMENT PROCEDURES IN TRANSPORTATION OF DANGEROUS GOODS ON INLAND WATERWAYS IN VIETNAM

Abstract

In recent years, Vietnam has always faced the risk of incidents in inland waterway, including risks related to storage, handling and transportation of dangerous goods. Therefore, it is necessary to assess the risks from the transportation of dangerous goods on inland waterway to improve the regulations on risk management for this activity. After researching on risks and assessing risks, the article proposes a process of risk assessment when transporting dangerous goods on inland waterway.
