DEVELOPING SOLUTIONS TO MONITOR INLAND WATERWAY VESSEL ON COASTAL ROUTES BASING ON RADAR/AIS DATA PROCESSING

Currently, according to regulations, inland waterway vessels are only allowed to operate on coastal routes issued by the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam.
