Managing creative activities for children in kindergarten in Ha Tinh city, Ha Tinh province

Abstract

Creative activities play an important role in the comprehensive development of preschool children's personality, contributing to the formation of initial qualities and skills of a person as a creative member of society. The study was conducted to survey the current situation of managing and organizing creative activities for children in preschools in Ha Tinh city, Ha Tinh province. The main research method was a questionnaire survey of 18 managers and 108 preschool teachers of 6 preschools in the area. The survey results showed that the management and organization of creative activities in schools still have some limitations, especially in planning, organizing implementation and checking and evaluating support conditions. From there, the study proposed some orientations to improve the effectiveness of managing creative activities in preschools.
