Abstract

Managing active pedagogical collective building is of great significance to improving the quality of comprehensive education and developing schools in general and primary schools in particular. The primary schools in Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province have achieved remarkable results in building pedagogical collectives into active pedagogical collectives. In addition, this activities also has limitations that school leaders need to take measures to overcome. The article studies the current situation of active pedagogical collective building management in primary schools in Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province to serve as a practical basis to propose measures to manage active pedagogical collective building in primary schools in this localition.
