In the context of rapid urbanization, the increasing burden of non-communicable diseases and the growing demand for preventive care, adult treatment spaces in Vietnamese community healthcare centers require a more practical and context-responsive design framework. This study focuses on adult treatment spaces in Vietnamese community healthcare centers, particularly their spatial organization, environmental quality, connection with nature, and readiness for the integration of appropriate healthcare technologies. The methodology combines literature synthesis, analysis of Vietnamese standards, selective comparison of international precedents and evaluation through four criteria: spatial organization, environmental quality, connection with nature and technology readiness. The results indicate that design solutions should be implemented in phases according to cost and feasibility. Immediate priorities include natural ventilation, reorganized circulation, wayfinding, basic greenery and privacy improvement, while telehealth rooms, green roofs, AI and robotics should be treated as medium- or long-term options. The proposed framework strengthens the paper’s consistency and practical relevance to the economic and technical conditions of community healthcare centers in Vietnam.
