Abstract
The development of science and technology has created huge changes in the tourism industry. Industry 4.0 opens up many opportunities but also comes with challenges. To survive and develop, hotels need to make changes to suit market fluctuations and competitors. The article focuses on clarifying the theoretical basis for digital transformation in hotel business, understanding the current status of digital transformation in hotel business in Vietnam, and thereby proposing solutions to improve digital transformation capacity in hotel business in Vietnam.
