Abstract

Trong bối cảnh đô thị hóa nhanh chóng và nhu cầu phát triển cơ sở hạ tầng ngày càng cao, việc ứng dụng các công nghệ tiên tiến vào quy hoạch xây dựng trở thành xu hướng tất yếu. GeoAI (Geospatial Artificial Intelligence) là sự kết hợp
giữa trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) và khoa học về thông tin địa lý, cho phép xử lý, phân tích và khai thác khối lượng dữ liệu không gian khổng lồ một cách thông minh. Bài báo này tập trung phân tích tiềm năng, hiện trạng, một số nền tảng công
nghệ và định hướng phát triển của GeoAI trong lĩnh vực quy hoạch xây dựng. Qua đó cho thấy khả năng ứng dụng của GeoAI cũng như gợi ý những hướng ứng dụng có thể triển khai tại Việt Nam.

In the context of rapid urbanization and the increasing demand for infrastructure development, the application of advanced technologies in urban planning and construction has become an inevitable trend. GeoAI (Geospatial Artificial Intelligence), which combines artificial intelligence (AI) with Geographic information science, enables the intelligent processing, analysis, and exploitation of massive amounts of spatial data. This paper focuses on analyzing the potential, status, implementation process, and development orientation of GeoAI in the field of urban planning and construction. It highlights the applicability of GeoAI while also suggesting possible directions for its adoption in Vietnam.
