Globalization and technical revolution create “two way effect”, one it push up the culture exchagne between nations and other it blow up the aspiration to national chracteristic, urge the affirmation of personal and group characteristic, as well as demand to recognize them. Many models, policies have been set up and multiculturalism as model of cumticultural social management appears.
