Abstract

The political flashpoints in the U.S. - China strategic rivalry exemplify the intensity and pressing nature of the competition, prompting significant strategic shifts in the relationship between the two nations. These changes are manifested through institutions, viewpoints, and regulations. Strategic competitive adjustment is mainly revealed through significant events in which the U.S. or China play a leadership role. The article examines three areas of concern, beginning with the potential for military tensions to escalate into a large-scale confrontation in the Taiwan region, followed by the intense competition for leadership in the high-tech sector, and finally, the involvement of the United States and China in the Ukraine conflict.
