Artificial Intelligence Technology: Some International Policies, Laws and Recommendations for Vietnam
Abstract
Artificial intelligence is considered one of the most disruptive technologies of Abstract: Artificial intelligence is considered one of the most disruptive technologies of the 21st century, with potential to change every aspect of life. On January 26, 2021, the Prime Minister signed Decision No. 127/QD-TTg promulgating “The National Strategy on Research, Development and Application of Artificial Intelligence until 2030” which identifies the need to “build a system of legal documents and corridors related to artificial intelligence”. The article summarizes the content of laws, guidelines, and legal documents of the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, and China that Vietnam can refer to developing its policies, mechanisms, and strategies for managing and using artificial intelligence responsibly.
