Medium- and small-sized industrial enterprises in Vietnam after 20 years of renewal

Abstract

Having implemented the renewal over the last 20 years,

our economy has recorded many achievements, to which

contributions from medium- and small-sized industrial

enterprises should be mentioned. These enterprises have

not only increased in terms of quantity, but also of

quality (capital, dynamism, creativeness in business and

production, fast adaptability to market developments,

generation of jobs to attract labor forces in society,

reform of their

governance methods, etc…). This writing

sought to analyze the situation of medium- and

small-sized industrial enterprises in the last 20 years of

renewal and proposed some solutions for continued

development of this sector.
