Democratic republic regime and values to be brought into play in Vietnam's current renewal

Abstract

The democratic republic regime-peoples democracy is
the great fruit produced by the democratic national
revolution the August Revolution. It is the first form
of Vietnam's political system created by President
Hochiminh, the Communist Party of Vietnam and
people on the path to struggle for national
independence and construction towards socialism. The
core of this political regime is the organization and operation
of a state of the people, by the people and for the people. The
history proves that the democratic republic regime is one
political regime and a form of state that is appropriate with
Vietnams economic, political and cultural conditions in a
long-term period; it united and brought into play great
strength of the entire political system and society, producing
a triumph might of the great national unity of democracy. It
is important to continue taking into account, bringing into
play and developing superior characteristics and values of
this regime in the on-going political renewal led by the
Communist Party of Vietnam.
