In the context of deepening globalization and international integration, Vietnam has faced numerous non-traditional security challenges, among which human trafficking stands out as a particularly pressing issue. This article analyzes the current state of human trafficking crimes in Vietnam, highlighting the increasingly complex, transnational, and sophisticated nature of this criminal activity, especially in border areas. The study demonstrates that human trafficking not only severely violates human rights but also significantly impacts various dimensions of non-traditional security. The article emphasizes the necessity of a comprehensive, interdisciplinary approach and international cooperation in combating human trafficking and proposes several solutions accordingly.
