Hochiminh and the Communist Party of Vietnam about the policy of industrialization and modernization

Abstract

The writing sought to explore the policy of industrialization and modernization in Hochiminh’s thoughts and documents of the Communist Party of Vietnam. The first issue was about the context and conditions for carrying out industrialization and modernization as pointed out in Hochiminh’s thoughts and documents of CPV. Secondly, it was about the road and advancing step of industrialization and modernization in pursuance to the policy and line of CPV. Thirdly, CPV was committed to combine the internal synergy and external sources to realize the industrialization and modernization. Fourthly, Hochiminh and CPV, which was founded by him, directed the implementation of industrialization and modernization in a synchronized manner. Fifthly, Hochiminh and CPV placed emphasis on the development of science, technology, education and training, improvement of the people’s educational level in order to materialize the industrialization and modernization.
