According to the author, these pillars are closely interwoven. The author indicated some tasks that need to be promptly undertaken by the educational sector and other relevant sectors, aiming at, amongst others, succeeding and bringing the nation’s traditional values into full play; broadening the vision into the world, absorbing the cultural quintessence of mankind in order to make up those values that Vietnam still remains lacking; regulating the transformation of cultural values; building a system of new cultural values appropriate with the requirements posed by the national industrialization and modernization.
