Some solutions to human resources development in Vietnam for period of 2011 to 2020

Abstract

In the development and integration of Vietnam, human resource growth, especially female resources, is an important and urgent issue which could be the basical factor of fast and sustainable growth of country. Apart of improving economy efficiency and opportunity of integration, female resource development can lead to positive impact to sexual equality purpose. Female resource development includes the growth of education, training, medical and health care as well as improving their living standards. The writitng clarifies the reality of female human resource and also offers solution to the development during the period of 2011 to 2020 through the survey results on “Theoritical and Practical foundation of building female resource developing policy during the period of 2011 to 2020” (Code 58G/2011/ĐTĐL). This policy is planned to implement at 8 provinces and cities in 2012 and 2013, including Ninh Bình, Tuyên Quang, Hà Tĩnh, Kon Tum, Tây Ninh, Sóc Trăng, Hà Nội and Hồ Chí Minh city. The standard sample is selected base on social structure as urban or rural area, age, job with total 2400 qualitative and 168 quantitative samples.
