Changes in thinking of cultural development in China

Abstract

Persistently pursuing the open-door policy over the last thirty years, the Communist Party of China (CPC) has had crucial changes in its thinking of development in response to modern requirements, the goals of national development in the international integration process. These changes can be seen from one to another Congress of the CPC. This article attempts to explore the renewal in thinking, the shift and continued improvement of the motto, direction, means and goals of Chinese cultural development in individual periods. This has been considered major changes in thinking of the leadership of the implementation of China’s policies in the last thirty years of open-door reforms and modernizing the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.
