The evolving awareness of our Party on the relationship characterized by the motto “Party’s leadership, people’s ownership, State’s management” and its implementation over the past twenty years of renewal
Abstract
Prior to the launch of renewal, the correlation in the framework of the Party’s leadership, people’s ownership and State’s management was discussed. Over more than twenty years of renewal, this foundational relationship has been continuously strengthened and brought in positive impacts on social progress in our country. However, limited awareness, embarrassments and weaknesses in organizational arrangement for the implementation of this relationship have triggered various obstacles to the country’s development process. This article attempts to review the evolving awareness of our Party on the relationship characterized by the motto “Party’s leadership, people’s ownership, State’s management” and its implementation over the past twenty years of renewal.
