Abstract

Since Doi moi (Renovation) in 1986, integration and globalization has made an increasingly large impact on the economic, cultural and social life of the ethnic minorities and the public opinion therein reflected by relevant practical ch anges of the local people. The fieldwork results show that ethnic minorities have continually raised more concerns in a new context and thanks to digital media, shared with more people, in more places, at more times and in more diverse ways what they want to express.
