Matters of expanding opportunity to choose and improve ability for the poor in Vietnam

Abstract

Poverty is one of the largest barrier which reduce the ability to develop people of each nation, community. In Vietnam, although the hunger elimination and poverty reduce policy has paid attention to expand the opportunity to choose and improve ability of the poor, the poor has face many difficulties.

The article points out some hunger elimination and poverty reduce policies to expand the opportunity to choose and improve material lives; shortcomings of accessing to education, medical and chance to improve spiritual and cultural lives.
