Cultural specifics in building socialist jurisdiction State in Vietnam

Abstract

After twenty years of researching, since the Vietnam Communist Party advocated  to build a jurisdiction state, Vietnamese scholars have unified some points of view that it’s unreasonable to apply similar theory of Western jurisdiction state into reality of Vietnam where has different economic – political and socio-cultural regime.

In this article, the author analyses main specifics of Vietnam culture and basic typical of socialist jurisdiction state in Vietnam to clarify its influences on process of building a socialist jurisdiction state in Vietnam.
