Abstract

The appearance characteristics details of Mía chicken breed
Morphological characteristics are the most important criterion in the selection of poultry
breeding. There have been many descriptive studies on the appearance characteristics of the
Mía chicken breed, but there are still many characteristics that have not been fully described and
detailed... This study was conducted for characterization. The detailed and complete appearance of
the Mía chicken breed for the selection of the Mia chicken breed. Using the method of photographing
chickens at one day old, 8 weeks old, and adult (38 weeks old); workshops to collect ideas from
Mía chicken farmers, local and Hanoi scientific staff, Institute of Livestock Production, Faculty of
Livestock Production; determine some basic dimensions of chicken Mia... to detail the appearance
of Mía chicken. As a result, the study presented many important characteristic appearance
characteristics of chickens at different ages.
