Applying the methodology on shaping revolutionary morality in the work “Modifying working style” to building the lecturers’ manners at standard level 2 Ho Chi Minh City Cadre Academy

Abstract

The role of methodology is to orient human actions in accordance with objective
laws in order to spur the practices to faster development in harnomy with objective
laws. Ho Chi Minh’s methodology was formed mainly from the scientific methodology
of Marxism-Leninism. However, his methodology is not a rigid mechanical application;
it is a creative, flexible application of Marxism-Leninism, and of the quintessence of
Eastern culture to the Vietnamese practice. Applying Ho Chi Minh’s methodology to
building the manners of lecturers at Ho Chi Minh City Cadre Academy in the direction
of a standard level 2 political institution has both theoretical and practical values today.
