Đánh giá mức độ chuyển đổi số trong doanh nghiệp du lịch vừa và nhỏ tại Đà Nẵng
Abstract
This study focuses on assessing the level of digital transformation (DSP) of small and medium-sized tourism enterprises (SMEs) in Da Nang to propose solutions to promote DSP. Data was collected from 200 survey samples using a quantitative method combined with in-depth interviews for comparison and supplementation. The majority of businesses have only reached a basic level in technology application, mainly focusing on easily implemented activities such as digital communication, OTAs, management software, and customer interaction, while fundamental elements such as long-term strategy, data governance, and advanced technology have not been prioritized. The study proposes solutions related to human resources, costs, and raising technological awareness.
