Giải pháp ứng dụng công nghệ 4.0 để phát triển du lịch thông minh tại các di tích quốc gia đặc biệt ở Hà Nội

Abstract

Currently, Hanoi possesses a rich system of special national historical sites, but the implementation of technology remains fragmented, lacking data interconnection and failing to fully utilize the advantages of artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, big data, and virtual/augmented reality. This article synthesizes the theoretical basis of Industry 4.0 and smart tourism, analyzes international and domestic research results, and assesses the current state of technology application at special national historical sites in Hanoi. Based on this, the article proposes a three-tiered model for Industry 4.0 application, including: i) Platform technology layer; ii) Smart service and experience layer; and iii) Data-driven governance layer. The proposed implementation solutions focus on synchronizing digital infrastructure, developing high-tech tourism products, improving management mechanisms, and enhancing human resource capacity. This article contributes to providing an analytical framework and practical guidance for management agencies and conservation units in the process of digital transformation of heritage sites in Hanoi.
