Abstract

In the context of a knowledge-based economy, knowledge is a strategic resource that determines the competitiveness of higher education institutions.This article systematizes the theoretical basis and proposes a research model on the impact of knowledge sharing on the job performance of lecturers in Vietnamese universities. Therefore, the paper offers important managerial implications for universities in establishing policies to encourage knowledge sharing and optimize faculty performance.
