Abstract

The article analyzed and clarified V.I.Lenin's concept of social development management in the revolutionary context of Soviet Russia. Lenin believed that in social development management, management policies and strategies must be based on practice and promote fair and civilized social development. He affirmed that to achieve revolutionary goals, a comprehensive strategy including politics, economics and culture is needed, while affirming the leadership role of the Communist Party and the masses. At the same time, social development management must be flexible and adaptable to specific historical conditions, but still must ensure the principles of socialism. From there, the article affirms that in the current context, studying and applying Lenin's theory is necessary for the sustainable development of Vietnamese society. The Communist Party of Vietnam has creatively applied Lenin’s viewpoint in managing social development, aiming to ensure social progress and justice. Therefore, it is necessary to continue innovation in social management, creating positive momentum for sustainable development in the future.
