The article explores the development of a sustainable training and human resource development
model for the construction industry at universities. This model focuses not only on providing specialized
knowledge but also on developing soft skills, improving the learning environment, and integrating
new technologies into teaching. The article proposes key components of a sustainable training model,
including a comprehensive curriculum, technology integration, enhanced collaboration with businesses,
and leadership skills development. Finally, the article identifies challenges and solutions in building a
sustainable training model to meet the growing demands of the construction industry.
