Abstract
This paper analyzes the omission of grammatical particles in beginner-level Korean using
a simulated dataset of 360 sentences from Get it Korean 2 (Speaking–Listening–Writing). Findings
show that particle omission occurs frequently in spoken Korean (74.2%) but significantly less in writing
(18.5%). Context familiarity and dialogic interaction strongly influence omission behavior. Pedagogical
recommendations are proposed to help learners use particles accurately while achieving natural fluency.
