Abstract
Using conventional scientific research methods but ensuring practical significance, scientific
content and logic. The article has compiled 40 commonly used exercises to develop endurance in middledistance running by authors, coaches and other research works. Through the selection and interview
process, the article has identified 20 exercises to develop endurance in middle-distance running for male
students of K31S. After the process of experimenting with the above exercises, the research concluded that
the exercises to develop endurance in middle-distance running for male students of K31S are effective
