Abstract
Digital transformation is reshaping every aspect of society, and the education sector is no
exception. This paper analyzes the challenges and opportunities for education management in the digital
age, based on the theoretical framework of Digital Leadership and Data-Driven Management. Digital
transformation offers opportunities to improve management efficiency, personalize learning experiences,
and optimize decision-making through big data (Carmo, 2025); however, educational institutions
face significant challenges such as the digital divide, cybersecurity threats, and the need to change
organizational culture (OECD, 2024). This study proposes a strategic roadmap, emphasizing the role of
digital leadership and the development of digital capacity for administrators and teachers, in order to
maximize the potential of technology to achieve sustainable educational goals
