SURVEY ON THE CURRENT STATUS AND RESPONSE LEVEL OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AT NGUYEN TAT THANH UNIVERSITY
Abstract
Education is one of the priority areas in the national digital transformation program, an important step to create a knowledge breakthrough based on digital technology. Strategy, methods and technology in line with the vision, mission and core values of each educational institution are issues raised before changes towards digital universities. The study uses a combination of interview and survey methods based on the digital transformation assessment criteria framework issued by the Ministry of Education and Training. The study objectives are to assess the level of response of digital transformation activities being implemented at Nguyen Tat Thanh University, thereby proposing a number of solutions and recommendations to promote the digital transformation process in higher education. The study results according to 07 groups of survey content, the response level is recorded as: Support for learners (91.2%); Infrastructure, equipment, information technology (90.5%); Leadership and management (89.8%); Training program (88.5%); Resources (86.9%); Electronic library/digital library system (86.9%); Connection and communication network (86.1%).
