Abstract

STEM teaching competence of students in Informatics Education is an important competence that needs to be formed and developed for students. Based on the STEM teaching competence framework of students in Informatics Education, the article focuses on researching and proposing a 3-stage process, going through 9 steps and 2 measures to develop STEM teaching competence for students in Informatics Education. The main methods used in the research process include: Document research method, theory development; analysis and synthesis method; logical method. The research results show that when fully implementing the proposed process and measures, the criteria in the STEM teaching competence framework of students in Informatics Education will be developed. Lecturers can apply the proposed process and measures to organize teaching for students, thereby contributing to the development of STEM teaching competence of students in Informatics Education.
