SOME REQUIREMENTS FOR SCHOOL CULTURE IN HIGH SCHOOLS FOR THE GIFTED IN THE CONTEXT OF INTERNATIONAL INTEGRATION
Abstract
This article examines the role of school culture in the development of high schools for the gifted in the context of international integration. Using theoretical research methods, the article clarifies the concept, role of school culture, and characteristics of school culture in the trend of international integration in education. The results show that school culture plays a pivotal role in building identity, sustainable development, and enhancing the quality of education in high schools for the gifted. In the context of international integration, school culture in high schools for the gifted needs to be highly strategic, with modern teaching methods, in-depth learning, and open behavior. The article proposes requirements for school culture in high schools for the gifted, including building an internationalized educational environment, innovating curriculum and teaching methods, enhancing the capacity of administrators and teachers, modernizing facilities, and strengthening coordination between school, family, and society. This helps high schools for the gifted adapt to the global education landscape and train high-quality human resources.
