THE CURRENT SITUATION OF MOTIVATION WORK IN MANAGING THE TEACHING STAFF OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS IN HAI DUONG CITY, HAI DUONG PROVINCE

Abstract

The motivation work for the teaching staff at elementary schools in Hai Duong city, Hai Duong province has made significant progress in recent years. However, there are still many shortcomings in practice, and the efforts to motivate teachers have not fully met the current "innovation" requirements in education. These issues highlight the urgent need for educational managers to pay more attention to teacher motivation, especially in the context of "educational management innovation." This study analyzes and evaluates the current state of teacher motivation efforts in elementary schools in Hai Duong city, using survey methods, questionnaires, and data analysis with SPSS 22.0 software. The findings of this research will provide detailed insights into the current situation of teacher motivation, contributing to the development of a solid foundation for educational management in elementary schools, in line with the demands of contemporary educational reform.
