Abstract
The competency in organizing educational activities is a professional competency formed and developed through systematic learning, practice, and accumulation of knowledge, skills, and psychological attributes, ensuring the individual completes a task in a given context. Developing the competency to organize educational activities contributes to achieving the goals and requirements of the early childhood education program. In this article, we based on theoretical foundations and practical training in the Early Childhood Education bachelor's program to propose a competency framework for organizing activities that introduce young children to mathematics. It also outlines several measures to develop the competency to organize math familiarization activities for Early Childhood Education students at Dong Thap University.
