Abstract
Contributing to the research on mathematics education for preschool children, the author has designed a mathematical modeling activity suitable for the expected results in familiarizing yourself with some basic concepts in the field of cognitive development education and implementation to encourage preschool children 5-6 years old to participate. Thereby analyzing the manifestations of mathematical modeling skills based on the proven tool Rubric Evaluation of Mathematical Modeling Process (REMMP). The results show that 5-6-year-old preschool children have gradually implemented the stages of the Mathematical modeling process and have specific manifestations of Mathematical modeling skills. That is the basis for the author to boldly propose incorporating mathematical mathematics into the mathematics education process for children in kindergarten to create opportunities for children to practice developing Mathematical modeling skills and increase the effectiveness of mathematics education for children.
