CÁC FLAVONOID CÔ LẬP TỪ LÁ CÂY ĐINH LĂNG LÁ RÁNG (POLYSCIAS FILICIFOLIA)

Four compounds, including 3-O-a-L-rhamnopyranoylkaempferol (Afzelin) (1), 7-O-a-L-rhamnopyranosylkaempferol (2), 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosylkaempferol (astragalin) (3), and 3-O-a-L-rhamnopyranosylquercetin (quercitrin) (4) were obtained from ethyl acetate extract of leaves Polyscias filicifolia. Their chemical structures were elucidated via HR-ESI-MS, NMR, and comparison of their spectroscopic data with previous references. All purified flavonol glycosides were announced for the first time from P. filicifolia.
