Developing an automated response system software to support admission consultation at the Trade Union University

Abstract

    One of the most important concerns of senior high school students is university admission information. Therefore, an indispensable question and answer system in the admissions website. The important requirement of the Q&A system is accurate information and quick response.However, the increased number of questions and duplicates made manual answers no longer possible. To solve the above problem, the article seeks to find a solution to build an automatic answering system, based on the problem of information retrieval. The article is based on the research topic of the basic level scientific research in the academic year 2021 - 2022 "Research on search algorithms in developing automatic admission consulting software at the Trade Union University" by MSc. Le Thi Hao - the project leader.
