POSITIONAL RESOURCES IN THE RIVER AREA: NEW THINKING IN EXPLOITING SUSTAINABLE RESOURCES

Abstract

Position-resource is increasingly considered as a special resource, having great importance in economic development and ensuring national security. With 114 coastal estuaries, located along the territory, the position-resources of Viet Nam have great potential value for development. The orientation of position-resource exploitation in the estuary areas is a new approach and a new thinking about sustainable resource exploitation.
