IMPLEMENTATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION TASKS FOLLOWING THE PARTY'S RESOLUTIONS
Abstract
Since the start of the Doi Moi (Renovation Campaign) in 1986, along with the implementation of the policy of industrialization and modernization of the country, the task of environmental protection has always been prioritized by the Party and State, and has been identified as a one of the three pillars in the process of rapid and sustainable development of our country. The 13th National Party Congress was a great success. This is an important milestone for the country's development steps in the coming years, including environmental protection. The Resolution of the 13th National Congress determined that environmental protection is desirable and necessary for the country's sustainable economic development, contributing towards the successful implementation of the Socio-Economic Development Strategy 2021- 2030. The protection of the environment and progress in harmony with nature including the protection the health and welfare of the population is the main priority.
