Digital economy and digital economy development- case study in Finland
Abstract
The digital economy is the process of the economy, production, exchange, and consumption based on digital technology, thereby helping the economic process to be faster and more efficient. Digital economy development is the application of digital technologies to change the ways and activities of the digital economy. Finland is one of the leading countries in the digital economy in the world and based on information from the official reports of OECD, DESI, IMF, and the Government of Finland, so this article discusses a case-study from Finland in the process of the digital economy development; measure the digital economy; meeting the requirements of digital transformation such as developing a knowledge-based economy, AI for all, digital research initiatives will be a perspective to contribute the way to the digital economy development in Vietnam.
