Impact of Fintech on the stability of Financial system - From theoretical framework to practice in Vietnam

Abstract

 Together with the general development of information technology, technology companies are investing heavily in the financial sector, whereby financial technology companies have appeared in the financial market. These companies operate and provide all services of both banking and financial institutions, which is a major challenge for key regulators and traditional financial institutions. Due to the new financial technology- FinTech- the study of its impact is not much, incomplete in both theory and practice, this is the urgency that requires the study of the framework, assess the impact of FinTech on the development of financial institutions, thereby, have a view on the safety and stability of the financial system.
