The role of the Trade unions with strengthen solidarity and innovation in Banking Academy

Abstract

Since the establishment, the BAV has been growing along with its trade union and contributed a lot for the
country’s education and socio- economic growth. In each phrase, the Trade Union always adhere to its guidelines
in order to bring its role into full play in order to gather and unite all staff in actions and will to bring the BAV
overcome all difficulties to raise up to be the best institutions in providing high quality human resources for the
Banking Sector.
