Abstract
High quality education is the important issue of all modern universities in the world. Therefore, promoting highquality tertiary education enhances individual qualifications and boost economic growth, knowledge horizons and
personal value development. This paper is aim to define high quality education and give experience of certain
countries where universities have achieved their goals and established superiority in the global rankings. Based
on this, we recognize new opportunities in selecting more effective organizational model and promotion of new
ideas for development of high-quality programs in Vietnam’s universities
