Recommendations for improvement of bachelor degree training program at the Banking Academy of Vietnam

Abstract
In pursuit of the policy of fundamental and comprehensive renewal of higher education, higher education
institutions have made important changes in order to meet the social demands in training activities, especially the
needs of learners and employers. As the higher education institution with tradition and strength in training and
supply of human resources in many important economic sectors of the country, the Banking Academy of Vietnam
should immediately make appropriate adjustments to content and implementation of training program. In this
article, we will focus on proposing adjustments to structure of bachelor degree training program at the Banking
Academy of Vietnam in the coming years
