The impact of economic restructuring on the economic growth of North Central and Central coastal areas

Abstract

Economic retructuring are one of the important factors contributing to the growth and economic development of each country and region. A rational economic structure will help maximize the resources that will increase the labor productivity growth and GDP of each country and region. Within the scope of the paper, the author used two methods of index and shift share analyze to measure the impact of labor restructuring, investment capital restructuring on economic growth of the North Central- Central Coastal areas. Research results show that labor restructuring has a positive impact on labor productivity and GDP growth of the region. The restructuring of investment capital among sectors in the region is not reasonable, leading to no positive and clear impact on the capital productivity and GDP growth of the region.
